Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

The Capture Caribbean Saint Lucia Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of any country where this promotion is not prohibited by law and will be governed according to the laws of the jurisdiction of the Sponsor and applicable local laws. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation is legal in their country of residence.

SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR:
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by the Capture Caribbean Initiative and administered by its appointed promotional agency (collectively referred to as the “Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY:
Open to legal residents worldwide, 18 years or older, where permitted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its partners, affiliates, marketing agencies, and immediate family or household members are not eligible. All applicable national and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

HOW TO ENTER:
Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. EDT on May 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on June 30, 2025. Entries may be submitted by:
1. Completing the form at www.CaptureCaribbean.com/sweepstakes.
2. Referring friends via the online form. Each confirmed referral equals an additional entry (limit 5).
3. Participating via promotional partner advertisements linking to the official entry page.

Entries using automated methods or submitted via third-party services are void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason including technical failures, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any person attempting to undermine the integrity of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
By entering, participants release the Sponsor from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or use of the prize.

DRAWING & NOTIFICATION:
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 25, 2025. The winner will be notified via email, phone, or mail. Odds depend on number of eligible entries received.

GRAND PRIZE:
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 4-day/3-night all-inclusive vacation for two (2) adults to a resort destination in Saint Lucia. Includes double occupancy accommodations, meals, beverages, select activities, local ground transportation, and resort taxes. Airfare and certain activities, services, and incidentals are not included. Approximate Retail Value: $3,500 USD.

The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be booked within 12 months of award. Blackout dates and availability restrictions apply. Winner is responsible for travel documentation and any additional costs.

TAXES:
The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and duties according to the laws of their country. A 1099 form will be issued to USA winners as required by law.

INTERNATIONAL COMPLIANCE:
Entrants outside the USA are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws regarding sweepstakes and contests, including any tax reporting or age restrictions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates local regulations. Residents of jurisdictions with special requirements may be required to sign additional documentation to claim the prize.

PUBLICITY:
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the winner’s consent to use of name, likeness, and information for promotional purposes by Sponsor without further compensation.

PRIVACY:
Information collected will be used for administering the Sweepstakes in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy available at www.CaptureCaribbean.com/privacy.

DISPUTES:
All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the Sponsor. Any claim shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred.
