1. Eligibility

The Capture Caribbean Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of [Eligible Countries/Regions] who are [18] years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Capture Caribbean Sweepstakes, LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter.

3. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements herein.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on October 22, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter

No purchase necessary. To enter, visit https://capturecaribbean.com/sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the online entry form with the required information. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Additional entries may be earned by sharing the Sweepstakes with friends or via social media as described on the Sweepstakes page. No purchase or payment will increase your chances of winning.

6. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a Luxury Caribbean Getaway for two (2) to Saint Lucia including:

5 Days / 4 Nights all-inclusive accommodations for two (2) at Bay Gardens Resorts, Saint Lucia, W.I.
Ground transfers between the Saint Lucia airport and the resort.

Airfare is not included.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $6,250.
Actual value may vary by dates and availability; any difference between ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

7. Prize Conditions

Travel must be redeemed and completed by or before September 30, 2026.
Blackout dates and additional restrictions may apply; all reservations subject to availability.
Winner and guest are responsible for all expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to airfare, optional excursions, spa treatments, meals outside of the all-inclusive plan, gratuities, incidentals, travel insurance, and required travel documentation (passports, visas, etc.).
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

8. Winner Selection (Drawing)

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about October 31, 2025 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email within fifteen (15) days of the drawing and may also be contacted by phone or mail. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72 hours, is found to be ineligible, or fails to return any required documentation within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, or any other factor that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Any person attempting to undermine the integrity of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

11. Release and Limitations of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention; (b) technical errors; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property. In no event will Sponsor be liable for attorneys’ fees, punitive, consequential, or incidental damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability, so the foregoing may not apply in all cases.

12. Taxes

All taxes, fees, and duties associated with acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. For U.S. winners, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize as required by law.

13. International Compliance

Entrants outside the United States are responsible for understanding and complying with their local laws regarding sweepstakes and promotions, including any age restrictions and tax reporting obligations. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates local regulations. Residents of jurisdictions with special requirements may be required to sign additional documentation to claim the prize.

14. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, biographical information, city/state/country of residence, and statements for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further notice or compensation.

15. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://capturecaribbean.com/privacy-policy-terms-of-use/. Personal information will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and otherwise as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Disputes

All disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any claim shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred (if any), and in no event will attorneys’ fees or punitive, consequential, or incidental damages be awarded.

17. Winners List
